Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is a well-known American cook book writer and Emmy award winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002 and aired 27 seasons until 2020. Ina started her career as a writer in the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and policy documents. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual stimulation of the job, but quickly stopped her the interest. Instead, she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty store for food. The store was a success for 18 years. the shop extremely popular before letting it go before acquiring a pen and writing her first cookbook. Many more cookbooks, and magazines columns that followed. Between them she also had her own Food Network show was also an enormous success. In addition, she sells everything from cooking equipment to tools and storage containers. Ina is not a student at any cookery schools or employed in a restaurant, and has a complete self-taught. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her easy cooking style is well-known. The most well-known recipes include Skillet and Roasted Lemon Chicken Mac and Cheese, Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese, Beatty's Chocolate Cake as well as Lemon Bars.
